Jenkins-Essex Construction, Inc. seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Elizabethtown, Kentucky office.
Description of the Job
The successful candidate will be a versatile individual responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, weekly payroll preparation including associated tax filings and forms and other general office responsibilities such as maintaining files and logs, word processing and answering incoming phone calls. The job is in a typical office setting with a 40 hour work week and the position reports to the company Controller. Competitive hourly rate and benefits such as health, life and disability insurance and a retirement plan are provided.
Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a setting with like duties to those described above. Consistent attendance & promptness are essential. Time management and prioritization skills are required.
