Helpdesk Technician & HR Coordinator
We are looking to train motivated individuals who can identify problems and provide feedback to ensure customers have the best customer service experience.
The Helpdesk gives technical support to be able to diagnose home internet, email, telephone, and cable TV issues.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for benefits administration and compliance along with day-to-day activities.
We have full-time, part-time, work from home and advancement opportunities available.
EXPERIENCE
Helpdesk: High School Diploma/GED
Great customer services skills and the ability to multi-task
HR Coordinator: 1-2 years experience
