The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented Financial Analyst III for our Costa Mesa, CA location. The individual will be responsible for processing complex calculations for various compensation plans to pay eligible employees commissions and/or incentives semi-monthly, quarterly or annually. This position would need to interpret plan design and apply the metrics to calculate commissions or incentives and create files to pay employees. This position also requires relational database management skills including SQL and Access
BA or BS degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field, MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
Working knowledge and expertise in MS Office suite of programs.
Must have a working knowledge of SQL statements, MS Access and Excel including macros and advanced functions, Oracle Hyperion ERP experience preferred.
Background in compensation that would provide strong analytical, modeling, plan design and reporting aspects of incentive plans.
